The open-concept main level flows from a custom kitchen (six-burner gas range, double oven, granite island) into a living room framed by a wall of glass overlooking the prairie. The main-floor master faces east, so you'll catch Colorado's pink-and-orange sunrises from a king Purple mattress.

Great place to stay. House was clean, very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and great walking paths in area. Close to a lake and parks and plenty of deer to watch. Only issue was house is lacking a fence between the neighbor's house so if you have pets, and they aren't e-collar trained, they must be on a leash. Suzy is very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend staying here.

This was our first stay in an Airbnb and it was perfect! Everything was super clean, it felt like home, the place was stocked with everything you needed. The neighborhood was so quiet and the neighbors were really nice. The house was half a mile from the grocery store, gas, and coffee. It was super easy to check in and get in to the place. Most of all we liked how close it was to everything, just a short drive to the outlets and right next to the mountains. I would definitely stay here again. Dan and Suzy were always so quick to respond with any questions we had and extremely kind. We would definitely recommend this place!

Dan's house is wonderful. I stayed here for the month of August, as I moved from out of state to CO while waiting for my new construction house to be ready for close. This is a brand new house and has everything you need for short or long term stay. Great sunset views off the back deck too! Dan and Suzy are great hosts and very responsive. Sterling Ranch is a newer community and absolutely beautiful! Shopping close by, Roxborough, Chatfield, Red Rocks, Golden, downtown Littleton, Light Rail all close by. I would highly recommend Dan's place for short or longer term stays! The house is fully stocked and ready for your stay. Thank you Dan and Suzy for your hospitality!
